New: [Remove Item] and [Undelete Item] option on right-click item meu

While using ArsClip to paste a UPS tracking code, I noticed something. Once the item goes into Recenlty Removed, there's no easy way to get it back on the main popup. Now, on the item's right click menu for [Removed Items], you can "Undelete" it placing it first on the list.

I also noticed that to delete an item from the popup was also a pain - especially since the there's a right-click menu that's pretty fast to use. Before, I had to click Full Mode, Misc, Edit history, re-find the item, click the item, then click the delete button. The [Delete Item] right-click menu options only takes 2 clicks.

I removed the "Paste as" right-click item menu options since they're no longer needed. The cliptype icon takes care of the need to paste as with formatting.

Known new issues: Small font sizes cause some minor drawing problems for the icons on the popup. This will be fixed in the next test.

Test 2 Notes

Previous saved data in the Show Order options will be lost - this is expected.

The Last: and Current: labels are swapped incorrectly on the popup.

The popup Font style settings have no effect. This problem has existed for quite some time, not just in current Test versions.

Expect another test version soon.

- rewrote the Show Order code
- reworded some items on Show Order
- reworded some items on Show Options
- added hints for each item on Show Order
- added a Misc Configuration page
- re-activated clicking on permanent items on popup

I tried to change the wording to make sure Permanent Groups and Permanent Items are distinct in meaning. I'm open to more ideas for rewording configuration options because some items are hard to understand currently.

Just minutes after the official release of v3, I've already started uploading tests for v3.0.1 - yes, I'm that nuts.

New: "Show Order" Configuration menu.
Fix: "Show Options" updated to reflect new Show Order changes
Fix: "Text Items" format checkboxes not saved

This new configuration option makes every popup item and it's order completely user defined.
