The New/Edit functionality needs the most testing. The Edit window's layout seems better, but I'm always open to further suggestions.

This window isn't fully functional, but gives you an idea of the simplified editing. My idea is that the New and Edit buttons will open up a separate window - to reduce visual clutter. Also, items will support drag-and-drop functions for re-ordering existing items and moving items to new groups.
I'm looking for feedback on the new design.

The only change not in the last upload was a change to the font used for the window, so ClearType would be enabled for XP and Vista.
