NOTES: The second positioning bug fix is experimental. This issue occurs when the popup is displayed near the boundary of two monitors. When the automated scaling of the window occurs, Window sometimes just displays it completely on the wrong monitor.

New: Popup Clips, Pinned Clips, and Current Clipboard can now be dragged onto external programs
NOTES: When dragged onto a file manage, the clip will be dropped as a file. For most programs, the clip will be pasted. The target program decides how to use the data and if it will accept any drops.
If the destination program is the foreground program, dropping a clip will not close the Popup.
