NOTES:
A button press or hold that's less than a second is ignored by the program.
When "Enable Sound" is on, a sound is played when the right mouse button has been held down long enough to register.
The popup is not shown until the mouse button is released.
The escape button is pressed before showing the popup, to close any right-click menus that may normally appear.

Fix: Errors when copying large, complex items [from programs like Excel]
The clipboard logic has changed a bit in this version. If the clipboard reports both Picture and RichText data is available, RichText will be the default. If there's an error reported by Windows when detecting the type of clip, the entire process is aborted.
One user helped me track down a rare case where Excel would place a new large item on the clipboard, but the first item placed wouldn't have a format and it would place a second item on the clipboard instantly with reported formats. Similar problems have been reported with Internet Explorer and large clips a long time ago, but this may also be fixed in this version.
