NOTES: Unlike Custom Menus, the clip is already on the clipboard. The most useful routines to use will be keystrokes and Edit Clipboard commands.

I'm treating this feature as experimental. It may not be useful enough to keep, or might be moved to the Per-Program Options to support the pasting needs of a few specific programs.
