Fix: updated the Command Reference to list the possible menu settings
NOTES: This makes it possible to show the Popup with an optional starting Permanent Group and to limit the menu items shown on the Popup. I've a few users that wanted a dedicated hotkey to show only Permanent Clips. This change it possible to create very specific hotkeys for how the Popup should be displayed.
It is by design that pressing the "More/Less" button will revert back to the configured Menu Items state.
