Notes:
This new scripting step should help with cut-and-paste type operations. It's a more generic version of the previous "Remove Characters" option that removes based on a character or phrase position and not a static number. Also, this is a conditional remove - nothing is removed if the phrase is not found.

Fix: Short filename used for file operations internally when the filename has special/Unicode characters.

In this version, RM will detect filenames incompatible with ASCI file operations and use the the short filename internally for renaming and file tags. While RM still doesn't fully suport Unicode in filenames, these files can be renamed with plaintext versions.

In previous versions, RM would stop with a "file not found" error when attempting to rename.

Fix: Workaround for files with special characters [sometimes Unicode]


NOTES: In this version, the short filename (filena~1) will be used when the file contains special characters that cause file tags and renaming to otherwise fail.

This method should be updated in the future to display the proper name as closely as possible, but internally use the short filename for renaming and file tags.

New: Enable/Disable button for each script step
New: Added ?temp? variable option to Remove Characters/Substring options

The new enable/disable option let you disable steps without having to completely remove the entire step. This helps with testing a new renaming routine.

The ?temp? variable is used to remove part of a name and insert it at another position. The Remove Phrase renaming option doesn't have this feature yet. I'm still thinking about the cases where multiple items are removed from a name and if ?temp? should include the last removed item or all items removed.
