Fix: Directories names now treated at having no file extension for the renaming Steps, even when a dot is present


NOTES: This is a workaround for the renaming options so that it mimics the way that Explorer fakes folder names. In a command prompt, folder names with dots are still treated as having an extension -- as was in DOS. The same is still true for some Windows search functions.

NOTES: The old defaults display settings were designed for smaller monitors, back before 800x600 was the lowest Windows resolution. The old default script had steps in an illogical order that were more likely to conflict.

The display tweaks are mainly designed to show less clutter on the program by default. The Scripting tab should now be simpler to read and easier to understand, especially for new users. Enabled steps should also be much easier to discern from disabled steps.
