NOTES: When showing an HTML Clip Tooltip for the Popup, text is scaled down. The amount of scaling is calculated using the configured Menu Item font size (default 10) and the hidden size for small text (default 8) shown on the Tooltip. By default, fonts for the HTLM Clips are shown at 80% of the original size.

Text shown on a similar background can be altered if the brightness/darkness is too similar. Dark text will be made 20% brighter or Light text will be made 20% darker for more contrast.

NOTES: When using a dual-monitor setup, click the system tray icon near the middle of the virtual desktop can cause issues. Showing the Popup on the tray icon is likely to be displayed split between two monitors: it's very hard to read. This change forces the Popup to show only on a single monitor in this situation.
