Upgrading

When upgrading from old versions that still use the "remember.txt" file, ArsClip may freeze for a very long time and become unresponsive when the file contains a very long item.

As a workaround, rename the "remember.txt" file and start ArsClip again.

AC v2.8.3

- Global Hotkey fails unless you've checked "Use Tooltip Hotkeys"

- Version reads as v2.8.2 instead of v2.8.3

It's just broken. Not too many people downloaded this version, but it fails miserable for new installs.

Adding new Permanent Items fails
Up/Down buttons fail
CTRL and SHIFT are reversed for Global hotkeys

- text placed before the [DATE] Permanent Item variable is not pasted

- Previous / Next tooltip creates 100% CPU usage
