This button let your post directly on a [Content] page. Nuggest, as well as new content pages, are also part of the RSS feed.

This means the link is a private link only visible to users with permission to view ite. New content posted on private pages only shows up in the Private RSS feed - which requires a logon

What are [Personal Uploads]?

Personal Uploads lets you upload archives and pictures that you can place links to in any nugget. On each new/edit page for nuggets, has the syntax for special UBB style encodings listed. For example, t place a link to an image you have upload used the format [myimage=file.jpg].
